ASP

ASP is a Christian ministry, open to all people that inspires hope and service through volunteer home repair in Central Appalachia.

ASP provides one of the most rewarding structured service opportunities in the nation by bringing thousands of volunteers from around the country to rural Central Appalachia to repair homes for low-income families.   ASP has made homes “warmer, safer, and drier” ^TM for families and provided transformational service experiences for volunteers for more than 50 summers.

High school age Youth are invited to join Adult Group Leaders in this transformational ministry each summer.  We spend a week building relationships, repairing homes, transforming lives and putting our faith and love in action.   Our next Summer Trip will be in June 2024 and there will also be an Adult Weekend Trip in the Fall.  Contact the church office or Gloria S. to if you’re interested in joining us on our next trip!
