ASP

ASP is a Christian ministry, open to all people that inspires hope and service through volunteer home repair in Central Appalachia.

ASP provides one of the most rewarding structured service opportunities in the nation by bringing thousands of volunteers from around the country to rural Central Appalachia to repair homes for low-income families.   ASP has made homes “warmer, safer, and drier” ^TM for families and provided transformational service experiences for volunteers for more than 50 summers.

High school age Youth are invited to join Adult Group Leaders in this transformational ministry each summer.  We spend a week building relationships, repairing homes, transforming lives and putting our faith and love in action.   Our 2024 Adult Weekend Trip will be the first weekend in October, and we’re planning our 2025 Summer Trip now.  Contact the church office or Gloria S. to if you’re interested in joining us on our next trip!  Learn more about ASP at http://www.ASPHome.org
