United Methodist Connections
United Methodist churches are “connectional”, meaning we work together as one church.
First Bethel occasionally volunteers at the Eastbrook Mission Barn which is one of six UMCOR Relief Supply Network depots across the United States. The facility is used to store relief supplies like Cleaning Kits, Hygiene Kits, and School Kits year-round, and it provides a work space for volunteers.
UMCOR donations are a great way to participate in coordinated relief efforts for special needs like natural disasters. Remember every dollar given through the United Methodist Committee on Relief goes directly to the cause with NO administrative overhead fees.
This is just one example of how First Bethel participates in connectional ministries with other United Methodist congregations.
